All products are handmade and usually take 1-5 days to produce depending on the size of your order. This is only the production phase and is does not include shipping time. We believe in satisfied customers satisfaction so we place a high priority on communication. If you have any questions about the status of your order please do not hesitate to contact us.
Custom orders are expected to be paid in full before any work is started. There are no refunds on custom orders and reproduction will only be provided on merchandise that has a manufacturer defect. It is imperative that you have the right sizes as incorrect size is not considered a manufacturer defect.
